    Profil 
    • 3+ years of experience in industry and consulting 

    • B.Sc. Industrial Engineering 

    • Languages: fluent in German and English (spoken and written), basic knowledge of Spanish

    Industry and consulting experience 
    • Project to optimize a bonded joint to reduce costs as well as environmental and safety hazards

    • Risk analysis of the data quality in SAP for the production process. Identifying the root causes and implementing an SAP-Upgrade to eliminate the root causes of the errors, as well as developing and implementing training for shop floor operators

    • Supporting production controlling by setting-up and execution of an daily reporting, problem specific analyses and calculation of machine hour rates

    • Project controlling for the construction of a new plant to maintain a clear overview of planned and actual costs and secure government grants.

    • Develop a KPI reporting for the purchasing department

    • Problem-specific application of Lean Six Sigma methods in the production area

    • Introduction of Hoshin Kanri targets and follow-up measures to improve transparency and working methods according to the Hoshin Kanri approach

    • Operational consultancy for automotive restructuring and insolvency projects, financial and operations consulting

    • Broad understanding and knowledge in SAP/ERP, Excel, PPT, Analysis for Office
