    • M. Sc. in Finance and Accounting at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Mercator School of Management

    • M. Sc. in Finance and Accounting at the SGH University of Economics in Warsaw

    • Languages: German and English – fluent in spoken and written, Polish as native language

    Industry and consulting experience

    • Pre-deal M&A experience at KPMG: preparation of financial due diligence reports for numerous industries, including energy industry and steel mill. Analyses looking for potential risks related to the M&A transaction and possible methods to mitigate them.

    • Business development experience: co-design and implementation of a concept to develop the German-speaking market with IT solutions for banks and insurance companies.

    • Sales experience: analysis of the market and client needs, coordination of IT tender projects, implementation of client-specific workshops and identification of areas with IT development potential.

    • Introduction of Lean Administration in the production area at an automotive supplier including process recording and visualization as well as drafting recommendations for action to increase efficiency in the indirect area.
