    Profile

    • 3+ years of professional experience in Inhouse Consulting, Project Management and Sales a.o. in the automotive and pharmaceutical industry
    • B.Sc. Foreign Trade/ International Management with focus on Strategic Management, Business Analysis and Corporate Finance.
    • Languages: German and English – fluent in written and spoken, basic knowledge of French

    Industry and consulting experience

    • Project management for the introduction of Lean Administration in the production area at an automotive supplier including process recording and visualization as well as drafting of recommendations for action to increase efficiency in the indirect area
    • Project management for the development and implementation of operational production improvement concepts based on well-founded practical experience from the production department
    • Establishment of a KPI cockpit in two powertrain departments (welding and axle production)
    • Co-design of the store floor management implementation in a manufacturing industrial company
    • Sales and project management in the DACH region for a machine manufacturer in the pharmaceutical industry with the goal of long-term sales increase and sales cost minimization
    • PMO experience: project management, coordination, structuring of various projects for restructuring/transformation/optimization in coordination with all relevant departments
    • Pre -deal M&A experience: business plan development in the automotive sector for a team of investors
