    • M.Sc. Finance and Accounting, PhD in Business Administration at Middlesex University London
    • Certified Expert for Insolvency Management as well as Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst

    Industry and consulting experience

    • Specialization in financial restructuring and operational turnaround
    • Development and implementation of strategic and operational restructuring concepts and organizational development in the automotive, health care, IT and mechanical engineering industries with a focus on:
    • Preparation of restructuring reports according to IDW S6, as well as Independent Business Reviews
    • Preparation and validation of integrated financial plans and short-term liquidity calculations (13-week liquidity plan) as well as related packages of measures
    • Insolvency-related consulting
    • Implementation of operational and financial restructuring concepts as well as implementation support and controlling after development of restructuring concepts
    • Experience in transformation processes, derivation and prioritization of options for action as well as development of a powerful implementation organization
    • Creating and transforming data models and metrics that can be used to analyze performance/costs. Use of various applications, from machine learning to Monte Carlo simulation
