• Financial analysis and business plan assessment of a target with respect to vertical M&A transaction between two companies in the retail industry
• Synergy estimation and assessment with respect to two M&A deals in oil & gas and retail industries
• Development of strategy for organizational structure transformation for a leading Polish convenience chain based on interviews with industry experts and company’s management
• Execution and analysis of extensive consumer studies in order to understand brand positioning and perceived value proposition to drive post-merger strategic decision-making
• Implementation of automation projects in financial reports analysis in one of the largest consumer banks in Poland to streamline work processes
• Design, creation, and establishment of automated tool for measuring new worldwide KPI in a banking institution
